We are often asked to administer the purchase or sale of a whole yacht on behalf of a client. This can only be where no other broker is involved.

We can advise and process on the areas of:

• Checking title
• Sourcing boats
• VAT status
• EU compliance CE marking and the Recreational Craft directive
• Import from outside the EU
• Administration of the actual sale or purchase
• Registration
• Insurance introduction

We will agree a fixed fee for the transaction in advance.
